Inward is a 4-month, 1:1 coaching journey for mothers who are ready to reclaim themselves.

Why I Created Inward

There’s no roadmap for motherhood. No one hands you a guidebook for the exhaustion, the doubts, or the quiet ache of feeling like you’ve lost yourself along the way. Too often, moms carry it all alone.

I’ve been there. I know the beauty of motherhood, and I also know the mess—the moments of overwhelm, the cycles you never meant to repeat, the desire for something more.

For so long, I thought the answer was to fix myself. I tried harder, pushed more, searched for the “right” way to do it all. But what I really needed wasn’t fixing. I needed a space to be seen. To be held. To take up space without apologizing.

Coaching gave me that space. It’s where I built the courage to stop disappearing from my own life—and it transformed everything around me. My marriage. My parenting. My peace.

Inward was born from that journey. It’s the space I needed when I felt both grateful and lost, both devoted and depleted. A space for mothers to feel safe, resourced, and rooted in their own worth.

When a mother includes herself in her own life—the whole world softens, generations heal. And that’s the legacy I hope to leave for our children.

Every Inward journey includes:

Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions. 75 minutes each (60 minutes of deep coaching + 10-minute guided meditation to integrate the work).

Gentle weekday prompts. Monday–Friday nudges to help you stay connected to yourself in the midst of daily life.

Optional focus session. Drop-in community calls to deepen specific areas of growth and offer shared space for connection.
