Free Course: You Are Not Your Patterns
Eight years ago, one of my favorite humans transitioned out of the physical world. She was my godmom (just “Nina” to me), my wild, think-outside-the-box, free-spirited, hippie feminist aunt — and my birthday twin.
Just before she died, she asked if I would read something at her memorial. When I told her I didn’t know if I’d be strong enough, she said, “You can do it. And if you don’t, I’ll squeeze your calves.”
I know — it sounds ridiculous. So random, so weird. But if you knew her, you’d know that it was so her.
I did read for her that day. My voice shaking, but my heart steady. And for the last eight years, she’s kept her promise to remind me of my strength—sending “calf squeezes” whenever I need a gentle nudge to speak my truth.
In celebration of our birthday and to honor her spirit — the wild, unapologetic, fully herself energy she brought into the world — I created the free course You Are Not Your Patterns. It’s a simple 28-day practice to help you unpattern old habits and step fully into your life.
Nina gave me so much while she was here — her love, her humor, her unwavering courage, her refusal to shrink. This practice is my way of giving something back to her, and to any woman learning to find her voice and embody her wholeness.
✨ It’s for the mom who feels pulled in a thousand directions, but craves a space to exhale and remember her power
✨ The woman whose voice shakes, but is ready to reclaim her courage to speak up
✨ The inner child who questions her magic, but longs to share her gifts
✨ Anyone ready to unpattern old habits and choose differently
When you join, you’ll receive daily 5-minute practices to help you notice, name, and shift the patterns that keep you small — the shrinking, doubting, and overthinking — so you can step into your full power.
