Taurus Season: Root Into What’s Real
We’ve made it to Taurus season and the middle of Spring. The vibes are different here—can you feel it? We’ve left the fiery, fast startup energy of Aries. And we haven’t yet arrived in the transitional, airy motion of Gemini. We’re here, in the still and steady middle.
Taurus is a fixed sign, and fixed signs always sit at the center of each season. They’re not about starting or finishing—they’re about sustaining. About holding the line. Rooting in. Persevering on.
Think of a runner in a marathon:
The beginning of the run is full of adrenaline.
The ending is all momentum.
But the middle requires something different—something deeper.
This is where the body starts to ache, the mind begins to wander, and you have to root into dedication, presence, and perseverance.
Taurus season reminds us that the middle is sacred, that process is progress.
In healing work, the middle is where things get real. Where novelty wears off and the truth shows up. Where you’re asked to stay with yourself, with your breath—not because it’s easy, but because it matters.
The middle is where most of my work with coaching clients unfolds. It’s where we build capacity in your nervous system to honor what’s true for you. The beautiful yeses, the brave nos, and everything in between. “The whole enchilada” as my dad would say.
The middle is both messy and magical, nuanced and necessary. And it’s easy to miss—if we’re too distracted to notice, if we’re not practiced in staying, if we have a habit of rushing to the next thing.
The middle can feel like nothing is happening. Like you’re stuck. Like you’re not moving fast enough. Most people give up in the middle. They move on to the next shiny thing, only to find themselves right back at the beginning—again. New start, same cycle.
But Taurus reminds us that staying is a skill. The middle isn’t a pause in the journey. It is the journey.
This Taurus season, take a moment to reflect:
🌿 What are you in the middle of right now?
🌿 What is this part of the process asking of you—emotionally, physically, spiritually?
🌿 What feels supportive to you in the middle?
My work is designed to sustain us in the middle. To help you stay rooted when things get real, to offer support when the urge to rush or quit feels loud.
Through words, journaling, and deeper 1:1 work—I’m here to remind you: you’re never alone.
Ready to breathe into the middle? Join the next Manifest journaling session on Mondays at 10am PT or book a Coaching call for 1:1 guidance. I look forward to supporting you.
Abrazos.
